This session will explain how record collection fits into standard criminal defense strategies, why records are so important, where to start, what records to collect, and how to organize everything you’ve gathered.

We'll help you consider the types of records to collect, show how records paint the picture of our clients' lives, provide samples of various types of record requests, provide tools on how to collect records, and discuss various ways to organize and summarize records.
